The Transpacific Group of Companies is seeking applications from appropriately experienced employees for the position of Sales Administrator x 2. Details of the position are as follows.

Reports To: Sales Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
Based in Penrose and reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service and support to both external and internal customers. Key responsibilities of the position will include the following;
■ Managing Written and Verbal Enquiries from customers
■ Providing a high level of customer service to clients
■ Supporting New Business Executives & Account Managers
■ Managing and updating client reports and profiles
■ Maintaining the integrity of the database
■ Coordinating and taking ownership for customer requests from initiation to completion
■ Involvement in Sales Presentations/Tenders
■ Identify and facilitate opportunities to improve processes
■ Filing and Adhoc Admin
Experience / Qualifications Required:
The successful applicant’s will have experience working in a similar role and will posses the following qualities; excellent time management skills, intermediate excel skills, proactive and able to show initiative and will be dedicated to providing superior service to internal and external customers.
