 HR Project Officer (Fixed Term Approx 12months)
             
  The Transpacific Group of Companies is seeking applications from appropriately experienced employees for the position of HR Project Officer (Fixed Term Approx 12months). Details of the position are as follows.

  Reports To: Team Leader – Human Resources Business Partner
   
  Responsibilities:
  An outstanding opportunity has been created for a capable and experienced HR Project Officer based in Milton, Brisbane. Reporting to the Team Leader – Human Resources Business Partner, and being a fixed term position for 12 months, the purpose of this role will be to assist TPI implement an Enterprise Resource Planning system and business improvement program across our organisation including Australia and New Zealand. The position will be required to provide project coordination and services of a HR nature. Tasks of this role include assisting project teams in the implementation of workplace change, preparing project documentation, and developing communication materials and plans. The role will also establish systems to ensure proper project governance and administration.
   
  Experience / Qualifications Required:
  The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with a minimum of four years HR experience and will need initiative and have the ability to work autonomously. The candidate will also possess experience playing a role in a large scale project or change management program and it is essential the candidate has project coordination experience with strong skills in MS excel. The applicant must have confidence in their communication and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a range of stakeholders. Knowledge of business improvement methodologies would also be highly advantageous. This role is for only 12 months so you must have the ability and energy to learn quickly so you can make a difference.
