> Transpacific’s fleet of dewatering plants are used to work with water authorities, councils and industrial clients around Australia.

The dewatering process sees biosolids bound together through a combination of centrifugal force and polymer dosing, which separates solids from the water that is then pumped out. Biosolids are collected and transported for correct disposal or beneficial reuse in land applications.

Our dewatering systems consist of centrifuges ranging in capacity from 20 to 80 cubic metres per hour. Most of Transpacific’s fleet are trailer mounted and fully self contained, allowing maximum mobility and versatility to clients where space may be at a premium.

The 80 cubic metre per hour centrifuges are set up on a constructed hardstand areas, complete with poly makeup and dosing, sludge feed pumps, sludge discharge conveyors and all electrical controls and instrumentation.
